I’ve spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of people, talent, growth, and change.

Most of my career has been spent inside organizations during periods of scale — helping teams grow, navigating complexity, and seeing firsthand what happens when the systems around people don’t evolve as quickly as the business does.

Over time, that led me to a much bigger question:

How do we build workplaces that can grow without losing the humans inside them?

That question is at the heart of Scaling Cultures.

I believe culture isn’t something created by a set of values on a wall. It’s built through hundreds of everyday experiences — how people are hired, how leaders communicate, how decisions get made, how change is introduced, how trust is built, and whether people feel connected to the work and to each other.

My background in talent gives me a unique lens into this work because I’ve seen how early culture actually begins.

Culture starts before Day One.

It starts with the first interaction someone has with an organization and continues through every system, leader, process, and experience that follows.

Today, I’m especially interested in what work looks like as we move through one of the fastest periods of technological and cultural change in modern history. AI is transforming how we work, organizations are scaling differently, and people are asking bigger questions about meaning, sustainability, leadership, and what they want their lives to feel like.

My work brings together organizational experience, applied positive psychology, human behavior, and a deep curiosity about the future of work.

I think about culture through four essential human needs:

Trust. Learning Agility. Meaning. Connection.

When those things exist, people and organizations are far more capable of adapting, growing, and thriving through change.

And ultimately, that’s what Scaling Cultures is about:
Designing organizations that are ready for the future — without designing the humanity out of them.

A little more about me

I’m a Philadelphia native, a mom, a storyteller, an idea person, and someone who has probably never met a rabbit hole I didn’t want to explore.

I’m endlessly curious about psychology, leadership, AI, human potential, culture, and why people do what they do.

I’m also certified in Applied Positive Psychology, which has shaped the way I think about resilience, motivation, well-being, and what helps human beings flourish.

And I believe some of the most important conversations about the future of work aren’t actually about work at all.

They’re about being human
